Park Lane Suites and Inn

As a Portlander who on the rare occasion needs to stay out book family at a hotel/motel, Park Lane Suites is my go to. They're super clean, modern, feature a great downtown SW location at a modest price. The beds are real comfortable too. On the west side of King Street their is a proper multi storey hotel and on the east side a two storey motel, each with its own parking. I alway ls enjoy staying here.

It is a nice place with quality rooms and good housekeeping. Building has very limited parking and and the back lot of the inn is very tight and you may need to back out depending on how full it is. Also, the ice machine at the inn building was not operational. The multi-building campus is a bit confusing and in a tight neighborhood. Upon arrival be prepared to have to find parking or dropping someone at the door for check in.

I kinda love this place. Quiet location, on-site parking, and well maintained old-fashioned rooms. Not far from downtown, this is a neighborhood hotel walking distance from shops and restaurants on 21st and 23rd Ave. The rooms are a little dated but not in a bad way, more in a nostalgia for the 90s way. Will definitely stay again when I in Portland.

Great location and very friendly, welcoming staff. Free parking is a huge perk in Portland and definitely a plus. That said, the soundproofing is really poor. You can clearly hear footsteps from the room above, which makes it hard to fully relax. Also, while parking is included, if the hotel is full you may have to use an overflow lot and move your car early in the morning, but that’s just a minor inconvenience. Other than that, is a really good hotel!

Lovely hotel, friendly, helpful staff, great location, free parking! Walking distance from the Japanese garden and downtown, right on bus lines to take advantage of Portland's convenient transit. Beautiful Goose Hollow architecture. We got a suite where we easily prepared meals with a full stove, oven, fridge & freezer, toaster, microwave. Made our weekend in Portland easy and trouble free.

A great location for just parking and wandering around. The hotel is cute and clean, and everyone at the front desk were delightful to talk to. We ended up extending our trip because we loved it so much. Parking wasn't a problem while we were there but I imagine it could be tricky when the hotel is at capacity. Ophelia and Cordelia loved that it was dog friendly. Great value for money!

The Park Lane Suites Hotel is a hidden gem on King Street, ideally located for cultural events, great walks, and all-star sporting adventures. I’m an early riser, and I was so impressed by the seamless coordination between the night manager, Eric Henderson-Brown, and Garrett Perry, GSM, during shift change. My coffee was steaming hot before the sun was even up. Our room was spotless, efficient, and an incredible value. Even when our reservation was mangled by another booking service, they were gracious and honored it without hesitation. I’ll be booking directly with them from now on. So grateful to have found this hotel—I’ll be visiting friends and family in Portland more often now that I have such a wonderful place to stay.

This is the second time staying at the hotel. The reason for the second stay is this hotel has EXCEPTIONAL staff. It is so rare to get such personal and 5* service at a mid-price hotel. I have dealt with Francesca frequently, and she offers the level of service one would expect at the Ritz. Thanks so much!
